Amy L. Peck is Of Counsel in the Omaha office of Jackson Lewis, LLP., her practice focuses exclusively on immigration law. She is currently an elected member of the America Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) Board of Governors (2008-2011), is the Chair of the EOIR Liaison committee (2008-2009), and is serving as a member of the AILA Inter-Agency Committee (2007-present). Amy also is serving as Chair of the Strategic Planning-Membership committee for AILA (2008). She is the immediate past Chair of the AILA Privacy Office/FOIA Liaison Committee (2006-2008), and past Chair of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) liaison committee (2004-2006). She is the past Chair of the AILA Iowa-Nebraska Chapter (2001-2003), and previously served as Treasurer (1999-2000). Amy is a frequent speaker on worksite enforcement, and has regularly been quoted in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal on employment and enforcement immigration issues.
